usage: repair [option] (project name)?
usage: repair [option] -f (target_file_name)

Repair missing files or overwrite with the default file. If no config/track-config.xml is found, 
you have to specify a project name in the command line to reproduce the config file. 

Repair command is useful when you happen to delete some important files such as pom.xml (project file),
src/main/webapp/WEB-INF/web.xml (web server setting file)
